Jackson’s Hair Turned to Diamonds

An American company has scheduled to turn a lock of Pop King, Michael Jackson’s hair into diamonds. The company, LifeGem, specializes in creating precious stones out of human DNA.

The lock of hair to be transformed is claimed to have been saved from Jackson’s Pepsi ad accident in 1984.

In the Pepsi ad, his hair caught on fire after a lighting feature went off too early during the 6th take. See the attached video for exclusive footage of the event, leaked to the public only about a month ago.

“We are currently evaluating Jackson’s hair sample to determine how many diamonds can be created,” Dean VandenBiesen, founder of LifeGem, said. “This will be a limited collection and we anticipate great interest.”

Are you one of those people of “great interest?” If you are, you better keep on top of these headlines—the company will only make a few!

The Fashion Farrah and Michael Left Behind

The news hit everywhere that Michael Jackson (heart attack) and Farrah Fawcett (cancer) passed away today. Fans around the world are in mourning, Facebook and Twitter is overloaded with information, and the world is left thinking about how two of the world's greatest icons passed away in the same day.

Both Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson had two things in common...a great impression on the fashion and beauty industry that is still relevant today.

The one thing Farrah Fawcett left behind was the full layered hair style that caused a frenzy across the world as women and girls adopted the look almost over night:

Celebrities like Whitney Port of The City and Paris Hilton still wear the style today:

Michael Jackson on the other hand brought pop style back to the masses in many ways. However, one look that seems to stick throughout the years was his military style:

Celebrities like Beyonce and Kanye West still wear the military style today; it can also be seen coming down major runways from New York to Paris:

Our prayers are with their families and we will never forget their impressions on fashion, fans, and world culture.
