Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez add Miami Dolphin merchandise to their wardrobe collection July 21 when Anthony announced his new role as partial owner of the NFL team.
“It’s quite an honor and a privilege to be able to sit here today saying that I’m a part-owner of an NFL team,” Anthony told People magazine at the Time Warner Center in New York City during the NFL, ESPN/ESPN Deportes and Miami Dolphins press conference.
Though, the 40-year-old Anthony joked, “It would have probably been cheaper just to buy season tickets.”
Anthony will join majority owner Stephen Ross this season.
